Honeysuckle Cottage

A small mews of four cottages Honeysuckle Cottage is set in a small courtyard. You are ideally placed just 3 miles from the historical town of Whitby, coastal areas, together with the beautiful North Yorkshire National Parks. The cottage enjoys panoramic views of the open countryside in the peaceful village of Stainsacre.

Facilities:

• Sleeps 2: 1 double with en- suite facilities incorporating shower suite, toilet, wash basin.
• Self contained fully equipped kitchen dinner, fridge, cooker, microwave, and toaster leading into a dinning lounge area.
• Lounge including sofa, chairs, tables, colour t.v.
• Fully gas central heating system.
• All linen / towels / bedding provided.
• Parking for 1 car per cottage.

Terms and Conditions

1. Check in 14:00pm to 16:00pm and depart 10:00am.
2. No stag or hen parties.
3. The number of persons must not exceed the maximum of the property at anytime during stay, except by arrangement.
4. Pets welcome, however under no circumstances should a pet be left in a cottage on its own unless caged. An additional charge of £20.00 per week for a second pet to cover for cleaning costs.
5. A deposit of 25% is required when booking, payable by cheque only, the balance to be either by cheque 1 month prior to the commencement of the holiday or cash on arrival. The deposit is non refundable and in the event of cancellation less than 10 weeks before the intended start date the balance outstanding must be paid in full. Insurance applications forms are enclosed in the confirmation booking form in order that should you have to cancel your holiday with us you can then reclaim the costs back via the insurance company.
