Bumbleby Cottage

A small mews of five cottages Bumbleby Cottage is set in a courtyard and is a specific cottage for the disabled having a wheelchair access with all accommodation on one level. You are ideally placed just 3 miles from the historical town of Whitby, coastal areas, together with the beautiful North Yorkshire National Parks. The cottage enjoys panoramic views of the open countryside and sea views in the distance.

Facilities:

• Sleeps 4: 1 double bedroom with en - suite facilities, 2 twins large bedroom with a separate bathroom incorporating a large shower with toilet for wheelchair access.
• Fully equipped open plan kitchen dinner, fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster leading into a spacious through lounge including sofas, chairs, colour t.v,radio.
• Fully gas central heating system.
• All linen / towels/ bedding provided.
• Parking for 1 car in court yard ( additional car space provided at £3.00 per day )
• Note: This cottage is also available as a one bedroom cottage.

Note: On arrival at the cottages guest should immediately contact Karl and Carol Heyes on Tel No: 07545641943 in order that they can greet them and allow entrance into their selected cottage.

Please refrain from contacting Jill or Brian Mc Neils at the Farm House on site in relation to self catering cottages, as they only deal with Bed and Breakfast and the Caravan site.

Terms and Conditions

1. Check in 14:00pm to 16:00pm and depart 10:00am.
2. No stag or hen parties.
3. The number of persons must not exceed the maximum of the property at anytime during stay, except by arrangement.
4. Pets welcome, however under no circumstances should a pet be left in a cottage on its own unless caged. An additional charge of £20.00 per week for a second pet to cover for cleaning costs.
5. A deposit of 25% is required when booking, payable by cheque only, the balance to be either by cheque 1 month prior to the commencement of the holiday or cash on arrival. The deposit is non refundable and in the event of cancellation less than 10 weeks before the intended start date the balance outstanding must be paid in full. Insurance applications forms are enclosed in the confirmation booking in order that should you have to cancel your holiday with us you can reclaim the costs back via the insurance company.
